The last park! An unusual day really...started with an ERS on Goliath, the new B&M airtime machine. At the front it was delivering 22 seconds of airtime! Lots of floaty loveliness! We then tried to get as many coasters done as we could, which was fortunate as after lunch there was a huge thunder storm, with a few lightning strikes closing down all the rides. We were in the queue for Superman, the B&M flyer. 2 hours later the ride started and we finished the day on the remaining coasters. Home tomorrow, assuming we can avoid tropical storm / hurricane Alberto!

Goliath was an excellent coaster - not quite as good as Nitro but still a great ride - remarkable airtime. Good lunch, but afterwards thunderstorms closed everything except the Monster Plantation (which was closed already!). Things didn't look good, so we went to the Honky Tonk show instead which was quite entertaining. Other notable coasters were Ninja (awful), the mine train (unnecessarily rough), and the Georgia Cyclone (painfully rough - great shame). Tried my first old-fashioned drop tower, which was good fun and not as painful as some had suggested. The big tilting drop tower was also good, and the extra tilting at the top a big surprise. Finally managed to ride everything else I wanted to try, so was pleased with how the day turned out.

The last park of the trip today. What better way of ending the trip then with a ERS on Goliath, a great coaster with lots of airtime. Also got to do the rest of the coasters and secured my counts even though it was a thunderstorm and all the coasters where closed for 3 hours. I had a really great trip with many good parks and a lot of good and some bad coasters. Shame we have to go home tomorrow. I will definitely come back to US some time in the future.

A great park with some good coasters the park was very quiet today most rides were a 5 min wait max :> a great way to end the trip.

A great park, Great coasters and a terrific thunder storm. We managed all the rides except Superman before the storm. Goliath was Fun, a great end to a great trip, thank you to everyone involved and to the coach drivers for a great relaxing !! holiday, now back to work for a rest.

My second visit to the park. Goliath a superb hypercoaster with plenty of float time. Superman Ultimate Flight is much better than Great Adventure's, more intense in the pretzel loop. A great selection of coasters altogether and a great way to finish this fantastic trip.

Our last day of the trip was at Six Flags over Georgia. This was my second trip to the park so had ridden most of the coasters before. Our ERS however was on the new B&M Goliath which was good.

The day started with a great ERS on the new B&M Goliath coaster. It was such an airtime-machine, almost wherevere I was seated. Six Flags over Georgia surely has gotten a superb new coaster. This is the final trip report, since we're heading across the big pond tomorrow. What a trip!!! Thanks to the people who have arranged such an excellent trip!! And my favourite coaster of the trip... it has to be Superman - Ride of Steel in Six Flags New England! I want a copy of that to Tusenfryd next year!!!!!! See you on a coaster somewhere soon...

The last report from the US. A good start with a good ERS on the Goliath. Even though we are a little spoiled with great coasters, this one still made an impression in my top ten list. I'm sorry that this was the last day of coasters, but with 128 new ones in the count I can't complain. This was a tour that never can be forgotten. I have met a lot of other coaster fans from all over Europe and I hope I will meet them again in the near future.

In Georgia it is against the law to tie a giraffe to a post. No signs of any giraffes today but there were plenty of posts holding up the dozen or so coasters the park has. Goliath is alright but does everything so well that you come off thinking it lacks something; it's just too "nice" a ride to rate. The park is a little confusing in places, a couple of times I could see where I wanted to go but couldn't see an easy route through. The trip has been exhausting but still very enjoyable, mostly due to the heatwave (which always seems to follow us on the big trips) and not the pacing of the trip. All the parks have been great to us and we have been very spoiled with the quality of the ERSs we've been given. Roll on Scandi 2007.

My trip has been exceeding all my expectations, even though they were pretty high. I think I have ridden more superb coasters on this trip than all the others I have done combined. The trip has gone really well. The planning of the trip has been really extraordinary. The trip team have done it again!! The amount of ERSs has given us an incredible amount of ride time on this trip. I have enjoyed meeting up with old friends and making new ones from all nine different countries on this great trip. Thanks to Kevin, Justin & Yvonne for their huge efforts to make this trip run so well. THANKYOU SO MUCH.

The last day of the official trip, and it feels a little sad even if we are tired. Today would have been better if the thunderstorm hadn't made Six Flags shut down most of the rides for many hours, but we managed to do all the coasters anyway. All credits to the trip-orginators, this trip has been awesome. I'm now off to Florida (with Leon) to do disney, universal and Bush Gardens before going home on saturday. Well, at least if the hurricane Alberto (which cnn reports is on its way to florida tonight) doesn't ruin those plans. Hope to see you all on a future ecc-trip.

Quite a challenging day today if the aim was to ride every coaster at least once. Thunderstorms kept almost all the park's rides closed for the main part of the afternoon. Have to admit that my favourite coaster in the park was Mindbender. I just love the classic Schwarzkopf rides. Sadly, it was the last day of the trip today. What's left to say? Well, this was one hell of a trip. Intense and fun from start to finish, exactly as advertised. Thanks so much for all the hard work that went into this trip. I really appreciate what everybody has done to make this a really memorable holiday. I will hopefully see you all on future ECC trips. Take care!

Another Six Flags park but one with good southern hospitality. The ride-ops were welcoming and allowed re-rides during the quieter parts of the day. The weather was against us though with a thunderstorm which closed all rides for a couple of hours. Curiously a complete lack of management staff around the park to find out what was going on. However the skies cleared and riding continued. Goliath provided a nice 'floaty' ride during the morning's ERS. Mindbinder is a classic Schwarzkopf and set really nicely in the trees. A nice ending to the holiday. It's been quite a trip so many thanks to those concerned. Special thanks to Justin, John L, Kevin & Yvonne for their huge contribution to getting this trip off the ground and running smoothly throughout!

SFOG has 3 excellent coasters, 'Goliath', 'Superman' and 'Mindbender' not in that order. The best word I heard to describe 'Goliath' was 'floatly'. 'Superman' has been one of my favourites for a long time. 'Mindbender'... all I can say is wow!!! I love it! What a great trip it has been. I ride my 900th coaster tomorrow in Myrtle Beach. Peace & Love to All! See you next trip. JC

What a fantastic coaster trip. This is my first real trip with the Club, it's not going to be the last one. I really enjoyed these eighteen days. About eighty fun and friendly fanatics sharing the same interest together on two coaches and more than one hundred coasters. Thanks to Justin and the team for putting in all the work to make this come true.

The Goliath ERS was superb and really kicked off our final day in style. For us, Goliath was one of the best steelies of the trip. Unfortunately some of the ride operators were very slow - namely The Mine Train and Deja Vu. However Superman and Goliath were both run amazing well - big chears for the ride ops! Overall Six Flags over Georgia was a great way to end a Goliath coaster tour. Overall the tour was a very intense but fantastic two and a bit weeks of coaster riding. The trip has run very smoothly - well done to the US team! All of the parks have welcomed us with welcome arms and shown us great hospitality. Thanks to Yvonne, Kevin, John, Justin, Liz FK, Liz Hall, Graham, Pjotr and everyone else involved. Top stuff!

Enjoyed Goliath - very nice to ride with the eyes closed. Good ERS too - no train missed. As predicted, we were rained off for part of the afternoon, although a couple of the missed rides were caught once the park finally shook itself off and started running again. Apart from Goliath, Acrophobia (standing freefall) was one of the best ride experiences. Like the one at Six Flags Warner Bros, this was a scary drop.
Lars Sorensen
What an airtime machine, Goliath was fantastic, I counted the airtime seconds, 22,93 seconds. Stupid rain forced me to spend like 20 dollars in the arcade. Acrophobia was a great ride to, really scary drop, looking straight down into the ground.
Kim Varde Lassen
Goliath, the trips last new steely, and what a steely! 25 seconds or so of airtime. A fantastic sensation of flying that has only made my obsession with B&M stronger. The park in itself was a bit bit hard to find your way thru, even with maps, but we managed. A furious thunderstorm put a stop to the fun for 3 hours, but that in itself was pretty interesting. The trip as a whole has been amazing, much as I expected. You get very spoiled from riding coasters all the time and you only expect the best of the best. We did get that today on Goliath.
Terry Jarvis
This is where my love affair with American theme parks all started nine years ago, for this was my first theme park in the US. still one of my favourite Six Flags, only better. Goliath is the best hyper coaster from B&M I have ever riden, lots of floaty airtime on every hill, all the way from the top to the bottom. A great park and a great finish to the trip!
Paul Orsmond
Oh my God! What a park to end off the trip, SFoG is a lovely six flags park with a wonderful new Goliath coaster which we had an ERS on which was fantastic and had plenty of airtime. The rest of the coasters were fine expect for Ninja which was horrible, even the rain and thunderstorms which closed the rides for 2hrs didn't ruin our day as we still all managed to ride all the coasters in plenty of time, a perfect park to end the trip on. Overall it's been a fantastic but exhausting trip, thanks to all who were involved in organising everything, it's been a lot of fun.
Martin Valt
Large vodka and tonic again please mate. Thanks to everyone involved in organising an awesome trip. Nige baby you don't know what you missed!
Jenny Lamb
I love the ducks at Six Flags. They are great. I watched them for the whole hour during the ERS. The front of the ducks are really good. More parks should have ducks. Ducks rule. Okay.

Still waiting at the Big Blue Hotel...

Wow! Just joined the group from Holiday World to here in Atlanta. Great time with you folks once again. Got to try several new coasters on this trip. Voyage became my new number one before the ride even ended. Kentucky Rumbler has the fierceness of Voyage but in a smaller package-love those sumptuos trains! Dollywood was new park for me with rich theming and two great coasters-I'll be back. Lake Winnie charmed as usual. My how Six Flags Over Georgia has grown! It's the same age as myself! The only down side for me was that the coaches couldn't tow my car.
Tim Herre
I'm amazed. I'm knackered. Thanks Everybody!

I'm off to bed. Good night, and farewell.
